What is 320 Festival?

320 Festival’s mission is to help bring awareness to the importance of our mental health and provide viewers the resources they need to better care for their emotional well-being and the well-being of those they love.

This three-day virtual mental health festival will take place Friday May 8 - Sunday May 10 2020, tune into Facebook Live, YouTube Live, and the KNEKT VT Network on Roku, AppleTV, and more to join the continued conversation!

Is 320 Festival cancelled due to COVID-19?

In light of the global COVID-19 crisis, we have decided along with L.A. LIVE, state, and local officials to host the 320 Festival on May 9th online. The weight of this decision is heavy, but the safety of the fans, volunteers, partners and loved ones is our first priority. We are bummed to not be able to share this experience the way it was originally intended, however given everything that the 320 Festival stands for we felt it was necessary to continue the conversation about mental health at a time when it is truly needed.

What are the hours?

The festival will run from 8:30am to 5pm daily.

What can I expect to find at the festival?

Everyday will begin with an early bird morning meditation, followed by a day filled with educational programming and entertainment centered around the topic of mental health in our communities.
